TUBUHKU INI MENJERIT DAN MERONTA-RONTA MINTA OLAHRAGA !!

akhirnya tadi resmi sudah siap badan ini untuk berolahraga. saya dan irene akhirnya mengingat janji dengan SABAI MUAY THAI di BRAGA CITY WALK untuk bersumpah setia berkeringat disana selama sebulan *APEU* ( bagi yang penasaran bisa di klik disini SINISINI )

sesungguhnya beberapa bulan ini emang sering olahraga sendirian dirumah. cuman ya gitulah angin-anginan tidak terpacu dalam melodi. jadi akhirnya akhirnya.. semoga saya bisa menyelesaikan sampai tuntas.. janjinya sih katanya bisa menurunkan berat badan sampai 5kg sebulan. WOW.. marilah kita coba.
